She didn't notice him and she swished her tail along the ground impatiently for something to do, glancing at each den to see if anyone came out to ask her to do something or for someone to talk to. She sighed and stood up, her tail swaying as she padded over to a small puddle outside the nursery. She bent her head down, her back arching as she leaned down to lap at the water from the shallow patch.
Cherrypine shook her fluffy brown, ginger and white coat, her tail flicking up and down slowly as she walked across the clearing. She stopped and sat in the middle of camp, licking her back and her arms in attempt to clean them.
